How do I delete multiple inbox messages, instead of one at a time?

On my other inbox accounts there is usually a box you can check that allows you to highlight several messages at once. I can't find a way to do that on my yahoo accout inbox. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!|||you can use the check all button or hit check all on the bottom or you can check the first one then hold shift key down and check last one you want ( shifts checks all in between) ctrl key lets you check which ever ones you want will your holding it down.
