How can you recover permanently deleted files from Yahoo Inbox ?

I accidentally deleted all files from my Inbox folder and cleared the Trash Folder. How do i recover them?|||you can't. there's no way to get it back|||When you look at your Inbox (don't click it!) go 4 down from it and you'll see a button that says spam. Click on the email that you have spamed and higher there is little grey buttons a tiny bit higher click on the one that says Not spam.|||You can't. Hence the permanently deleted title.
