How do I get the inbox to display names instead of numbers on my wife's LG enV?

My wife's enV displays phone numbers instead of names in the text inbox, even if the numbers are saved with contact info. Is there a way to change this?|||I had the exact same problem with my enV! I know exactly how to fix it, in your contacts you must include the area code in the phone number! When a text comes through it includes the area code so it has to look the same in your contacts. Hope it works for you.
