What is the fastest way to delete mail from my inbox?

I have over 12,000 mail in my inbox, including junk mail, spam and other unwanted mail...how can i delete a bunch at one time without checking them ono by one?|||Set inbox to show maximum number of mail, then click "check all" then delete. You may need to do this screen by screen, but that's a lot faster than one by one. You might just check "from" and scroll looking for significant or important sender before dumping everything. What if Publisher's Clearing House sent you 10 million dollars and you deleted it? I'd get your money and I would not share it either.|||If you are using the "All New Mail" you can delete all inbox emails at once----so switch to it temporarily (if you aren't already using it).

Top left (next to your Hi Name) click on "All New Mail".

Then click "more action"---"select all"---"delete"---and it's done.

You can switch back to Classic afterward, (if you want to). Click Options---then click "Mail Classic"

..........................

Otherwise---with Classic:

If you don't want to do the above----then, change the "messages per page" to 200 instead of 25. That's 8 times faster at least.

Mail page%26gt;%26gt;options%26gt;%26gt;mail options----go down to and change the number in the box---then click "save" change.

Now you can delete them page by page----200 at a whack
