How to stop outlook 2007 deleting inbox messages from exchange server after hitting send/receive?

Every time I click "Send/Receive" in Outlook 2007, it automatically moves all messages from my inbox on the exchange server to my personal folder inbox. This means that I cannot access my messages on any other computer but this one. Can't figure out how to stop it. Please help.|||http://support.tigertech.net/outlook-200鈥?/a>
