How do I delete all my emails in the inbox without doing it screen by screen?

My inbox is way out of control and it will take me forever to delete 25 at a time. There has to be a way to a one stroke clean sweep delete.|||Well----yeah, there is---but you would have to switch to the "All New Mail" (temporarily) for that purpose.

It has a continuous mail page which allows you to delete all at once. Click on "more actions"----then "check all" and then "delete".

You can always switch back to Classic afterward.

The toggle link which allows you to switch back and forth between the two is located at the top of your mail page---next to "sign out", and says "All New Mail" or "Classic", depending on which you're in at the moment.

Otherwise, with Classic, change the "messages per page" to 200 for faster deleting.|||can't you click 'delete all'?

if not, then that suckss.|||HI,I highlight each line and I delete it without opening it. Good Luck|||Depends on your email. Some have a click all, delete all, some you have to do it one at a time.|||On the New Mail you can delete all at once with one click. For the classic mail you need to go page by page. But from the mail screen over to the right click Options, then Mail Options, scroll to and click General Preferences, Then go to Folders/Search Results, Message/results per page. Where you see 25 and a small arrow in the box, click the arrow, now you can choose up to 200 per page, click Save at the top or bottom left. Return to and open the inbox, scroll to and click Check All then delete. It's as good as it gets in the classic.|||highlight them all then deleat
