How can I change font colours of various Inbox messages in Outlook?

I want to set up my Outlook email inbox messages so that they are in different colours EG : messages sent to me only in Red, messages sent from my boss in Green. How do I arrange that ?

Thanks in advance|||Which version of Outlook? In 2007 (and I think it won't be vastly different in other versions), click on

Tools %26gt; Organise %26gt; Using Colours %26gt; and from there colour your inbox messages as you wish. Your inbox shows below the Using Colours window so as you move down your messages that sender or "to" is displayed and you can assign a colour. When you are done just click the X in the top right hand corner and that is it.
