How to delete a facebook inbox message that was sent to a group?

whenever someone sends out a whole chain message to lots of friends, everytime someone replies it would show up again in my inbox even though i deleted it 10 times before! How can i completely erase myself off the list and stop this craziness!!!!?|||Remove yourself from the group.|||Delete the group.
