How can one retrieve messages accidentally deleted from email's inbox and even trash?

I was trying to delete some emails from my Yahoomail's inbox, and I accidentally deleted emails that I really needed. I now wish to know, if there is any way by which I can retrieve the emails so deleted. Thanks.|||check your trash folder and if you also deleted them from the trash folder then you cant get them anymore
