I have a new laptop and I use gmail but I download gmail to Outlook express, i want to send my inbox and subfolders and address book to my new computer to MS office outlook to my new laptop through the LAN... How do I do this?|||Backup Outlook Express items

To backup and restore outlook express address book
1. Go to menu, file, export, address book, click the line "Text file (comma separated values)" then click Export button.
2. click browse button, type the file name, say email, click save button, click next button, click finish button.
3. locate the file email.csv in your folder, double click it, copy the E-mail Address column to the sheet you like, then you're done!
