My inbox seems to automatically delete messages after about 1 month. Is this normal? How can I change it?

I generally prefer to save my messages in my inbox and I sort by date or person. However, lately my messages in my inbox (but not in my sent folder) have been automatically deleting after about 1 month or so. Is this normal? Does anyone know how I can correct/change this?|||No...they are supposed to stay in your inbox indefinately unless you delete them
